A customer project required a tailor-made project management tool. This low code APP, developed with Microsoft’s Powerapps platform, aimed to show and update the project information that came from different platforms in the customer’s IT infrastructure. The APP would also make clear the strong interdependencies between projects regarding resources and scheduling, and share them with various stakeholders through specific communication sheets for regular update.

ACHIEVEMENTS
The APP was developed in less than a month as MVP and then continuously adapted to the future requirements and user suggestions. Prior project status information gathering of up to hours was reduced to instant visualisation.
